What’s the difference between the one-time, subscribe & save and the sample?

A subscription purchase is perfect if you’re looking to establish a daily habit that supports you in improving your overall health and fueling your body with amazing nutrition every day. If you live a busy lifestyle or would just like peace of mind that you’ll never run out by forgetting to order, then a subscription is a great fit for you. We’ll ship your products to your door every 30, 45, 60 or 90 days and you can modify your subscription or cancel at any time. By subscribing to Daily Dose, you’ll also receive our subscribe & save discount of 25% ($17.50).

We offer flexible subscription management options and you have full control over these settings via your account.

If you want to ensure you’re going to like the taste of the product, we recommend you order a sample first. You’ll get a one-time delivery of 7 full servings.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You’re in control!

How do I manage my subscription?

Just login to your account using the same email you purchased with. If you haven’t created an account yet, just make sure to create an account with the same email you purchased with.

Once inside your account area click “Manage Subscriptions”.

Here you modify a number of things:

  • Next shipment date. You can get it either sooner or later.
  • Delivery Frequency. If you find you’re drinking more than you thought you would. You can get it more frequently for example.
  • Cancel at any time with just a click. Or you’re welcome to chat or email us.

How do I create an account?

You will be prompted to create an account after you checkout or you can always click here to create an account. It’s just really important to use the same email you purchased with so the details are fully linked.

Once inside your account you can manage all subscriptiption details and see your order history.

I’m having trouble logging in to my account. What should I do?

If you’re having trouble logging in to your account, there are a few things you can do.

If you’ve not already created an account, you can do so by registering here using the email address attached to your purchase. Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive an email allowing you to activate your account. After you’ve activated your account, you will be able to log in using your email address and your newly created password.

If you’ve already created an account but don’t remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on the “forgot your password?” link on the login page. If you do not receive the reset password email, you may need to create your account following the steps above.

How do I update my billing address?

Updating the billing address for your subscription is easy. Start by logging in to your account.

If you’re on a mobile device, click the drop-down menu towards the top of the page and then click “Your Details”.

If you’re on a desktop, in the top navigation menu click “Your Details” and then click on the “Edit Address” button. Enter your adjustments and click “Save”.

Navigate back to the “Your Details” page and you should see your updates reflected in the billing address section.

How do I update my payment information?

If you need to update the payment information for your subscription, you can do so by logging in to your account.

If you’re on a mobile device, click the drop-down menu towards the top of the page and then click “Your Details”.

If you’re on a desktop, in the top navigation menu click “Your Details”

Click on the “Edit Card” button.

Enter your new payment information and click “Update Card”.

Navigate back to the “Your Details” page and you should see your new payment details reflected in the payment method section.

How can I unsubscribe from emails?

There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of all non-transactional emails. Click on the link to unsubscribe from future emails from us.

You will still receive any transactional emails with information relating to your orders and your account.
