Shipping & Return Policy

To ensure you’re happy and have the best experience possible with us. We’re happy to offer our new customers a 30-day, risk-free money back guarantee.

We offer simple, hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery to the original payment method (less shipping charges).

If you decide our superfood blend isn’t for you, email hello@dailydose.co and include your order number with a description of the reason for your return. We’ll issue a return label and process your refund (less shipping charges) once we’ve received the blend(s) back.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Limited to one refund per product on your first order.
  • Products must be received back within 30 days of the return label being issued.
  • Refunds will only be issued after items are returned, inspected, and inventoried at our warehouse. This may take up to 14 days.
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will provide a return label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Repeated refund requests from the same customer are not allowed.
  • We do not offer refunds for shipping delays, incorrectly provided addresses or packages marked delivered but not received.
  • We charge a small reshipment fee of $10 for incorrectly provided addresses at checkout.

Shipping Policy:

Daily Dose offers Free Shipping for any order over $45 in the United States. Orders under $45 have a flat rate of $6.95 applied to the order.

Orders ship within one business day.  Within continental US most orders arrive in 3-5 days. Please allow one business day for handling.

Noteworthy additions:

  • For updates on your shipment, please check your order confirmation for the tracking details and follow up with the carrier.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery timelines, but we make every effort to have orders delivered within 5 business days.
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged/defective goods require pictures and are subject to the request of a return to seller.
