Shrek Shake

Shrek tells the blind mouse, “This is the part where you run away!” Well, this time, stay right here because this green shake is simple, healthy, and tastes great.

Our Shrek Shake is perfect for superfood beginners, busy moms, or really anyone who wants to get their greens in without much time or effort. A green shake is a perfect way to get in lots of nutrients in one sitting (or whatever else you’re doing as you sip your shake). Our bodies love the fiber, protein, vitamins, and minerals this shake gives us!

This 3-ingredient shake consists of greens such as spinach or kale, a banana, and vegan milk. Leafy greens are an excellent way of getting tons of vitamins, minerals, and fiber we need to stay fit and healthy. Bananas are rich in potassium and provide natural sweetness and creaminess to our shake.  Blend these up with some plant-based milk for a snack or breakfast filled with the good stuff!

We know life’s busy so let’s get to our super speedy, super tasty Shrek Shake.

Special Tip: If you’d like your shake chilled, you can either use a frozen banana or add some ice cubes. You can also pop it in the freezer for a few moments after blending.

  1. Add ingredients to a blender and blend thoroughly for a smooth shake.
  2. Sip and enjoy!

To make life even easier, you can blend up your shake the night before and keep it in the fridge overnight.
