I have to say that I look forward to having a glass everyday! The flavor at first was surprisingly tasty and made me say wow, I can drink this every day, let’s see how it improves my milk. The first couple of days I didn’t notice too much of a difference but then it’s been plentiful ever since. I’ve also noticed my digestion has improved which is a plus plus plus!!!! The first time I tried it was in a smoothie and then just with water. It doesn’t even need to be mixed in a smoothie, it perfect with ice cold water and that’s it! It refreshing on these hot days and I’m so happy I decided to order it! Thank you!

I don't NEED caffeine when I start with these

These taste good! That's what I was mainly worried about. These help me go to the bathroom with ease. That's a win because I'm 8months pregnant and uncomfortable enough as it is. I don't have my morning cup of black tea when I drink 12oz of this, I have energy and function as if I had tea, and I don't miss the caffeine. I've been drinking them every morning since they arrived and I'm very happy with them:)

Great stuff !!!

I was struggling a little with keeping up with my hungry baby and I’ve been taking this every morning for the past 3 months and I’ve really noticed my supply has increased. My baby is just about 6 months old, nursing 6 times a day + 1 or 2 times a night and my supply is doing great!! I also struggle with IBS and I’ve noticed a decrease in flare ups as well!!
