Truly enjoy this product. It’s good tasting and even better with some added lemon or MIO. I believe it helps me from having my milk supply drop but it hasn’t necessarily super increased it. Helps with my gas and baby’s gas. Easy to make and drink helps me feel good about getting my greens in everyday.

Only good things here- mixability, taste, results. It’s been a slower climb for me- don’t forget your protein, fats, and electrolytes, ladies. Stay nourished! I’m not sure how much of the increase is due to this product, but I feel good knowing it’s enriching my milk at minimum. Sometimes I drink it solo, other times I mod it into a matcha protein drink. Only downside is cost.

This stuff tastes amazing and helped with my milk supply. It also has improved my skin and helped with the dreaded breastfeeding constipation.

I’ve been taking daily dose since right around the 8week postpartum point daily and I love it. It tastes amazing, like a sweet mint flavor and isn’t grainy like other greens. I’m an under-producer so I’ll try anything to help and I did notice that this helped my milk supply slightly but not significantly enough to say it’s an absolute must in that department, however, for overall health and the healing journey for postpartum mamas it’s honestly a must. I drink mine every morning but I prefer it really cold so I drink it as soon as I make it and it’s really easy to drink, no weird synthetic greens taste and no choking it down because it’s SO green I can’t handle it like others. The taste is perfect! 10/10 recommend!

Works great. Increases my milk production a lot, tastes great, gives me more energy, and no side affects.

My lactation specialist recommended this to help support my efforts in teaching my little one to latch well. I used the max amount of this (1 TBSP 2 times a day). I could tell this definitely helped increase my supply and gave me more confidence that my baby had more than enough milk to drink. This also tastes like spearmint which I really enjoy!

Started taking this about 6 weeks postpartum. Immediately, I felt more confident in my milk supply and overall health. I’ve had zero postpartum hair loss, my milk supply is stable, and my nails are healthier than ever. I love taking daily dose superfoods! It’s helped me tremendously.

I am currently expecting my first child with my husband and I'm almost 30 weeks along. I started drinking this every morning for the past couple weeks and it is honestly the first green drink that actually tastes good. I typically am not a fan of greens drinks or stevia because of the aftertaste and juat bitter flavor, but wanted to try it since it's focused on pregnancy and breastfeeding. Can't wait to see how it helps with breast feeding but so far I really like it!

While on maternity leave for 8 weeks, I was exclusively breastfeeding and collecting excess from the other breast with the Haaka. Leading up to returning to work and starting her in daycare, I started to pump in tandem with breastfeeding. I feel as though I was producing "just enough" milk to feed her day and night with just about a bottle and a half extra for the next day. I was starting to panic about continuing to give her breastmilk while at daycare, so I started Daily Dose. I started by taking it in the morning and before bed. My supply started to increase a little (not by much) but after a few weeks of consistent use, I started to double my supply! Now, I am able to breastfeed and pump enough milk for her for an entire 8 hr day at daycare, if not MORE!

Run, don't walk to get this for yourself! My only regret is not starting it a month before returning to work! It tastes delicious, makes me feel rejuvenated and seems to really help my supply. I haven't noticed any negative side effects for our baby either (ex: fussiness or gassy etc.) which is a major plus!
